Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively contact customers via telephone and digital channels to discuss overdue accounts.
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements while maintaining a professional and empathetic tone.
- Update and maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the company CRM.
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding account discrepancies or payment issues efficiently.
- Achieve individual and team-based collection targets on a consistent basis.
- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline the recovery process and reduce delinquency rates.
- Adhere to all legal and regulatory compliance guidelines regarding debt recovery practices.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Degree in any related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in debt collection, tele-sales, or high-volume customer service.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a strong plus).
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- High level of integrity and commitment to data privacy.
- Proficient in MS Office suite and comfortable navigating CRM software.
