Tanggung Jawab
- Initiate outbound calls and chat communications to remind customers of overdue payments and payment schedules.
- Negotiate and arrange suitable payment plans with customers to recover debts efficiently and amicably.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records within the internal CRM system.
- Document all collection activities, including payment confirmations, negotiation outcomes, and customer feedback.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints regarding billing with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Adhere strictly to company policies and legal regulations regarding debt collection practices.
- Meet daily and monthly collection targets set by the management team.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in any field is a plus.
- Previous experience in a call center, customer service, or collections department is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software is advantageous.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Positive attitude and a strong desire to achieve results.
