We are looking for a dedicated and professional Debt Collector to join our dynamic team in Cirebon. In this role, you will be responsible for recovering outstanding debts while maintaining a positive and professional relationship with our clients. We are committed to ethical collection practices and value strong communication skills. We welcome candidates with a minimum D3 education, including fresh graduates who are eager to start their career in the financial sector.
As a Debt Collector, you will act as the bridge between our company and our customers to resolve payment issues. Your role involves clear communication, negotiation, and the ability to work effectively under pressure to meet targets.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to delinquent borrowers to discuss outstanding account balances.
- Negotiate payment terms and establish feasible repayment plans with customers.
- Update customer account records and collection logs in the internal database accurately and timely.
- Document all interactions and escalate complex cases to the Team Leader or Management.
- Provide excellent customer service while enforcing company policies regarding debt recovery.
- Monitor account status and identify potential risks or issues within the portfolio.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (D3/S1) in any major.
- Open to Fresh Graduates with strong motivation and a willingness to learn.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet daily targets.
- Honest, ethical, and professional demeanor.
