Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct professional communication with debtors via phone, email, and written correspondence
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements while maintaining customer relationships
- Maintain accurate debtor records and documentation in CRM systems
- Generate daily/weekly performance reports and collection analytics
- Investigate account discrepancies and resolve payment disputes
- Ensure strict compliance with financial regulations and ethical standards
- Collaborate with legal team for complex debt resolution cases
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year proven experience in debt collection or credit recovery
- Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills
- Ability to work independently under performance pressure
- Proficient in MS Office and collection software (e.g., CRM)
- Knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and debt ethics
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with clear verbal/written communication
