Tanggung Jawab
- Perform comprehensive root cause analysis (RCA) on device failures and yield excursions to drive corrective actions.
- Collaborate with production, process, and quality teams to achieve established yield targets and scrap cost reduction goals.
- Improve debug accuracy and efficiency by developing and implementing standardized debug methodologies and tools.
- Lead and participate in lean manufacturing projects (e.g., Kaizen, 5S, Value Stream Mapping) to optimize workflows.
- Conduct electrical fault isolation (EFI) and physical failure analysis (PFA) to resolve product quality issues.
- Maintain and analyze debug data using statistical tools (e.g., JMP, Excel) to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Support new product introduction (NPI) by providing debug feedback during the prototype and ramp phases.
- Document technical findings and generate detailed reports for internal stakeholders and clients.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, Physics, or a related technical discipline.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply; relevant internship experience in a semiconductor or electronics environment is a plus.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a systematic approach to problem-solving.
- Basic understanding of analog and digital electronics, semiconductor devices, and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., JMP, Python, Tableau, or advanced Excel) is an advantage.
