We are looking for a skilled Debug Technician to join our engineering team. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform in-depth debugging and testing of PCB assemblies to identify electrical and mechanical faults.
- Execute repairs on defective circuit boards using appropriate soldering and rework techniques.
- Document all defects, test results, and repair procedures in the quality management system.
- Analyze production data to identify trends and suggest process improvements to the engineering team.
- Calibrate and maintain testing equipment to ensure accurate measurements.
- Assist in the investigation of field failures and customer returns.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in PCB assembly, debugging, and repair of surface mount devices (SMD).
- Strong knowledge of electronic components, circuit diagrams, and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Proficiency in using oscilloscopes, multimeters, and other electronic test instruments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines in a team environment.
