JHM Consolidation is currently seeking a detail-oriented Debug Technician to join our dynamic production and engineering team in Sungai Petani. In this role, you will be the first line of defense in identifying and resolving complex technical issues within our high-tech manufacturing environment.
As a Debug Technician, you will play a critical role in minimizing downtime and ensuring the highest quality standards for our test equipment. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform comprehensive diagnostic testing on non-functioning equipment to identify root causes of failure.
- Execute electrical and mechanical repairs to restore test equipment to operational status.
- Troubleshoot software-related issues and verify system configurations for optimal performance.
- Document all maintenance activities, failure trends, and repair procedures in the technical logs.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to implement preventive maintenance schedules.
- Ensure all repair activities strictly adhere to safety protocols and quality control standards.
- Calibrate test instruments and verify equipment accuracy following major repairs.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related Engineering discipline.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a debug or maintenance technician role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong working knowledge of electronic schematics, circuit diagrams, and troubleshooting tools (multimeters, oscilloscopes).
- Proficiency in basic software diagnostics and PC-based troubleshooting.
- Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and execute precision mechanical adjustments.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or within a team.
