We are currently seeking a talented and detail-oriented Technician / Senior Technician / Associate Engineer 1 (AE1) - Debug to join our Quality and Manufacturing Engineering team. In this critical hands-on role, you will be the primary technical resource responsible for the diagnosis, debugging, and repair of non-conforming products and system-level assemblies. You will utilize state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment to isolate faults down to the component level, meticulously document your findings in our quality systems, and collaborate closely with Design, Process, and Test Engineering teams to drive robust root cause analysis and corrective actions (RCCA/CAPA). Your insights will be vital in improving first-pass yield and overall manufacturing efficiency.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform in-depth debug, fault isolation, and failure analysis on complex optical, electronic, and electro-mechanical assemblies at the board and system level.
- Utilize advanced test equipment (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, multimeters, logic analyzers) to systematically diagnose and troubleshoot production and prototype failures.
- Meticulously document all debug activities, findings, and root causes to support engineering teams in driving corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Collaborate with manufacturing and quality engineering teams to identify defect trends and recommend process improvements to optimize yield and throughput.
- Execute precise rework, repair, and modification tasks on non-conforming materials, strictly adhering to IPC and company quality standards.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) by assisting in the development and validation of test procedures and manufacturing fixtures.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior technicians and production operators to enhance overall team capability.
- Ensure strict adherence to ESD protocols, cleanroom disciplines, and Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulations at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent technical certification in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Photonics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in a debug, test, or manufacturing support role within the semiconductor, optics, electronics, or precision manufacturing industry.
- Strong ability to read and interpret engineering schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.
- Proven experience with standard laboratory and test equipment (Oscilloscope, Multimeter, Function Generator, etc.).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a systematic approach to root cause analysis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, cross-functional environment. Willingness to adapt to shift work or overtime when required to meet production demands.
