Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee end-to-end deceased estate administration, ensuring full regulatory and internal compliance.
- Proactively identify opportunities to automate manual workflows using AI-driven tools and internal technical resources.
- Provide technical guidance on estate legalities, documentation, and asset distribution protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data processing and document management systems.
- Maintain high levels of data integrity while handling sensitive client information during the estate settlement process.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) that enhance operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular reporting and technical audits to ensure consistent delivery against operational KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in estates, legal administration, or technical operations management.
- Demonstrated ability to adopt new software and AI tools to improve business processes.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital document management platforms.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for operational bottlenecks.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Proven ability to manage sensitive matters with high emotional intelligence and professionalism.
