In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the full product lifecycle—from initial conceptualization and trend analysis to laboratory formulation and final commercialization.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct research on emerging beauty trends, ingredients, and consumer preferences to drive innovative product development.
- Design, formulate, and optimize decorative cosmetic products including foundations, lipsticks, eyeshadows, and mascaras.
- Perform comprehensive stability and compatibility testing to ensure long-term product integrity.
- Manage the transition from laboratory-scale prototypes to full-scale commercial manufacturing.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales departments to provide technical insights and support product launches.
- Maintain precise documentation of all formulation trials, raw material specifications, and test results.
- Ensure all developments comply with local and international cosmetic regulations (BPOM/ISO standards).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in cosmetic formulation, specifically within decorative beauty.
- Strong understanding of cosmetic raw materials, their functionalities, and synergistic effects.
- Deep knowledge of current beauty industry trends and consumer behavior in the Indonesian market.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Proficient in laboratory safety protocols and documentation standards.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative, fast-paced team.
