Tanggung Jawab
- Identify, target, and secure major decorative and architectural projects across Makassar and the wider South Sulawesi region.
- Develop and maintain strong, high-value relationships with key industry stakeholders, including developers, main contractors, sub-contractors, and architects.
- Conduct professional product presentations and technical consultations to recommend the best Jotun paint systems for specific project needs.
- Prepare commercial offers, negotiate pricing and contracts, and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Coordinate closely with the technical and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment, product delivery, and on-site customer satisfaction.
- Analyze local market trends, monitor competitor activities, and provide timely sales reports and strategic feedback to management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of successful track record in project sales, ideally within paint, building materials, construction, or real estate industries.
- Established local network of contractors, architects, and developers in Makassar and South Sulawesi is highly preferred.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with fluency in Indonesian and professional working proficiency in English.
- Self-driven, competitive, and highly goal-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
- Must possess a valid driver's license (SIM A / SIM C) and be willing to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
