Tanggung Jawab
- Execute timely and accurate delivery of food, beverages, and event materials to customers and venues
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety protocols during all transportation and handling processes
- Coordinate with kitchen and event teams to synchronize delivery schedules with operational needs
- Conduct thorough pre-delivery checks for order accuracy and presentation quality
- Manage delivery inventory, reporting shortages or discrepancies promptly
- Provide exceptional customer service during delivery interactions, addressing inquiries professionally
- Ensure delivery equipment and vehicles remain clean, organized, and in optimal condition
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in delivery, logistics, or hospitality support roles preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure environments while maintaining attention to detail
- Physical stamina to handle lifting, carrying, and extended standing periods
- Familiarity with Badung/Bali geography for efficient route navigation
- Basic knowledge of food safety and handling standards
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (if applicable to role requirements)
