Tanggung Jawab
- Assist delivery drivers in loading and unloading merchandise safely and efficiently
- Verify inventory and ensure all items are accounted for before and after delivery
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation
- Provide excellent customer service during delivery interactions
- Ensure timely delivery of goods to customers and designated locations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicles
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times
- Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and warehouse staff
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in logistics, warehouse, or delivery preferred
- Physical ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 50 pounds)
- Valid driver's license is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliability and punctuality with a strong work ethic
