Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of parcels to designated locations such as Waterway Point, Orchard, and other T1/TBP/CWP/NP stops.
- Interact professionally with customers, ensuring a positive unboxing experience and resolving any immediate delivery queries.
- Handle packaging, labeling, and sorting of goods efficiently to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Maintain delivery vehicles, trolleys, or personal mobile devices in good working condition.
- Update delivery status and report any lost, damaged, or missing items immediately to the logistics coordinator.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols, traffic regulations, and security guidelines during transit.
- Assist in stock management and loading of goods when required.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1 year of experience in logistics, courier services, or retail delivery is preferred.
- Physically fit and able to lift and carry parcels weighing up to 20kg comfortably.
- Valid Singaporean or PR work pass; foreigners with valid passes are also considered.
- Good communication skills in English and Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Ability to navigate local routes efficiently and use a smartphone or GPS for navigation.
