Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate driver assignments and optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiency
- Manage and verify trip documentation including manifests and delivery confirmations
- Communicate delivery status updates and requirements to customers proactively
- Monitor real-time delivery progress and resolve transit delays promptly
- Maintain accurate records of all deliveries, discrepancies, and customer feedback
- Collaborate with warehouse and customer service teams to ensure smooth handovers
- Adhere to safety protocols and company compliance standards during all operations
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; logistics certification preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in dispatch or coordination roles
- Proficiency in logistics software and communication tools
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in high-pressure situations
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (if required)
- Knowledge of West Region geography and traffic patterns
