Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of food orders to customers within the designated area.
- Maintain the cleanliness and good mechanical condition of the assigned delivery vehicle.
- Follow all traffic rules, safety regulations, and company delivery protocols.
- Handle customer interactions professionally and resolve basic delivery-related inquiries on the spot.
- Accurately manage cash collections and receipts for Cash-on-Delivery (COD) transactions.
- Report any traffic incidents, vehicle maintenance needs, or delivery delays to management immediately.
- Assist in general restaurant operational tasks during downtimes as required by the store manager.
Kualifikasi
- High school graduate or equivalent (Senior High School diploma is a plus).
- Must possess a valid Professional Driver’s License with Restriction Code 1 or 2.
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a delivery driver, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Excellent knowledge of Pasig City and Metro Manila routes and navigation apps (Waze/Google Maps).
- Proven record of safe driving with no major traffic violations.
- Strong sense of punctuality, integrity, and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work in a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
