Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily delivery schedules, ensuring all items are delivered on time and in perfect condition.
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and ensure the assigned delivery vehicle is kept clean and well-maintained.
- Safely load and unload floral and landscaping products, ensuring items are secured to prevent damage during transit.
- Verify delivery documents, invoices, and payment collections upon delivery completion.
- Communicate effectively with the dispatch team regarding route updates, traffic delays, or customer issues.
- Maintain a high standard of professional customer service when interacting with clients at delivery points.
- Adhere to all Singapore traffic laws and company safety protocols at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Singapore Class 3 Driving License with a clean driving record.
- Prior experience in delivery or logistics is highly preferred, though entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic are welcome to apply.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore roads, particularly within the West Region.
- Ability to perform light physical tasks, including loading and unloading goods.
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and time management skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays as required.
- Good command of spoken and written English for effective communication.
