Tanggung Jawab
- Perform timely and accurate pick-up and delivery of goods to customers within the East Region and surrounding areas.
- Maintain the cleanliness and proper functioning of the delivery vehicle, reporting any mechanical issues promptly.
- Handle all necessary delivery documentation, including invoices and receipts, with great attention to detail.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by greeting clients professionally and addressing any delivery concerns courteously.
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws, safety regulations, and company driving policies at all times.
- Assist with loading and unloading merchandise, ensuring items are secure and in good condition.
- Communicate effectively with the warehouse and dispatch teams regarding delivery schedules and route changes.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Singapore Class 3 or Class 3D driving license (or equivalent as per vehicle type).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of driving experience in a relevant logistics or commercial environment.
- Familiarity with the East Region and local traffic patterns is highly preferred.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to lift moderate loads when assisting with loading/unloading.
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety inspection procedures.
- Fluency in English, with good verbal communication skills.
