Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver packages and parcels to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure all deliveries are handled with care to prevent damage to goods.
- Update delivery status via the company’s tracking app or phone system.
- Collect payments or process invoices accurately at the point of delivery.
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety standards of the delivery vehicle.
- Communicate effectively with the dispatch team regarding route changes or delays.
- Fold and stack packages neatly at the point of delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Valid motorcycle or driving license (Class B or relevant category).
- Clean driving record with no major traffic violations.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to carry heavy loads.
- Basic proficiency with smartphones and GPS navigation apps.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Local knowledge of the Simpang Ampat and Penang area is highly preferred.
- Must have a reliable vehicle or be willing to use your own.
