Tanggung Jawab
- Safely and punctually deliver medical equipment to hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare facilities across the West Region and beyond.
- Load, unload, and inspect equipment for damage before and after delivery.
- Perform on-site installation, setup, and basic calibration of medical devices as per guidelines.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks and troubleshooting to ensure equipment functions properly.
- Maintain accurate delivery records, inventory logs, and service reports.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining equipment usage to clients and answering basic queries.
- Collaborate with the logistics and technical teams to optimize delivery schedules and installation processes.
- Ensure the delivery vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and compliant with road safety regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Singapore Class 3 driving license with a clean traffic record.
- At least 1 year of experience in a delivery or technician role (medical equipment experience is a plus but not required).
- Basic technical aptitude – comfort with using tools and understanding simple mechanical/electronic systems.
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment (up to 25kg) and work flexible hours when needed.
- Willingness to undergo training and learn about medical devices.
- Prior experience in the healthcare or medical field is advantageous.
