Tanggung Jawab
- Safely operate company vehicles for timely package delivery across Langkawi Island
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures for proof of delivery
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Optimize delivery routes using GPS technology to ensure maximum efficiency
- Provide exceptional customer service during package handovers and address inquiries
- Coordinate with warehouse staff for efficient loading/unloading operations
- Report delivery issues, damages, or route disruptions to logistics supervisor
Kualifikasi
- Valid Malaysian driving license with minimum 1-year driving experience
- Familiarity with Langkawi's road network and major landmarks
- Ability to handle physical tasks including lifting packages up to 15kg
- Basic knowledge of smartphone applications and GPS navigation
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Clean driving record with no major traffic violations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
