Tanggung Jawab
- Pick and pack orders accurately based on delivery schedules and invoices.
- Plan and execute delivery routes efficiently to ensure timely arrivals at customer locations.
- Load and unload company products (e.g., beverages, dry goods) safely from the delivery vehicle.
- Verify the quantity and quality of items against delivery orders before departure.
- Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a professional demeanor and building rapport with restaurant staff.
- Ensure the delivery vehicle is kept clean, well-maintained, and in safe operating condition.
- Assist with warehouse duties and stock organization during non-delivery hours as required.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic regulations, safety protocols, and company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Singapore Class 3 driving license with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant driving experience, preferably in logistics or F&B supply chain.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 20kg) consistently throughout the shift.
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and time management skills.
- Good geographical knowledge of Singapore roads and routes, especially the Central Region.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-service oriented mindset.
- Physically fit and able to handle the demands of a hands-on role involving loading/unloading.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills for checking delivery orders and invoices.
