Asia Brewery Incorporated, a leader in the Philippine beverage industry, is looking for a highly reliable Delivery Driver for our Tacloban City operations. Drive, deliver, and collect with accuracy and urgency. Become the backbone of our bulk distribution and retrieval operations.
Your primary duty is to ensure the efficient and safe transport of products across designated routes. This includes conducting pre-trip vehicle inspections, loading and securing cargo, verifying delivery manifests, obtaining customer signatures, and processing cash or credit payments. You will also retrieve empty bottles, crates, and returnable assets to maintain the inventory cycle.

Tanggung Jawab
- Operate company vehicles safely and efficiently to deliver bulk beverage products to customers in Tacloban and neighboring areas.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, ensuring roadworthiness and reporting any maintenance issues immediately.
- Accurately load and secure products for delivery, ensuring manifests match physical inventory.
- Collect payments (cash, checks, or charge) and process sales transactions with precision and honesty.
- Retrieve empty containers, crates, and unsold products from client locations, maintaining accurate retrieval records.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving delivery discrepancies on-site.
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws, safety protocols, and company policies at all times.
- Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams to optimize route efficiency and delivery schedules.
Kualifikasi
- At least a high school diploma or senior high school graduate; vocational coursework in automotive is a plus.
- Valid Professional Driver's License (Restriction 1,2,3 or 1,2) with a clean driving record.
- At least 1–2 years of professional driving experience, preferably in logistics or FMCG distribution.
- Familiarity with the roads and traffic conditions in Tacloban City and the wider Leyte province.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy loads (up to 25 kg) repeatedly throughout the day.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
- High level of integrity, accountability, and punctuality.
- Willingness to work extended hours or shifting schedules to meet delivery demands.
