Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the delivery driver in loading and unloading goods safely and efficiently
- Ensure all items are properly secured during transport to prevent damage
- Maintain accurate delivery records and documentation
- Provide excellent customer service during delivery interactions
- Follow safe driving practices and traffic regulations when accompanying the driver
- Perform basic vehicle maintenance checks before and after deliveries
- Communicate effectively with the driver and dispatch team regarding delivery status
- Assist in organizing the warehouse and maintaining inventory of delivery supplies
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy items (up to 25kg)
- Clean driving record with valid driver's license (Class 1 or 2)
- Basic knowledge of road safety and traffic regulations
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Previous experience in logistics or delivery is a plus
- Must be punctual, reliable, and have a strong work ethic
