Tanggung Jawab
- Assist delivery drivers in loading and unloading goods, products, and equipment safely onto transport vehicles.
- Accompany the driver on designated routes to ensure timely and accurate deliveries to residential and commercial clients.
- Verify delivery items against invoices, manifests, or order sheets to ensure accuracy before and after transit.
- Provide exceptional customer service at delivery points by handling client inquiries politely and professionally.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle and report any mechanical issues to the supervisor.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and handling procedures to prevent damage to products during transit.
- Assist in processing delivery returns, obtaining customer signatures, and completing basic delivery paperwork.
Kualifikasi
- Must possess at least a High School Diploma or equivalent level of education.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting, carrying, and moving heavy items (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Previous experience as a delivery helper, warehouse assistant, or in a similar logistics role is highly preferred.
- Excellent spatial awareness, basic math skills, and the ability to read delivery manifests accurately.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric attitude.
- Highly reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
- Familiarity with Manila City routes and navigation is a major advantage.
