We are currently seeking a reliable and physically fit Delivery Helper to join our logistics team in Sta. Mesa. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of goods to our valued clients. You will work closely with our delivery drivers to load, transport, and unload cargo while maintaining high standards of safety and care. Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the delivery driver in loading and unloading goods safely and efficiently at various delivery points.
- Verify cargo against delivery invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness of shipments.
- Ensure all goods are handled with care to prevent damage during transit and unloading.
- Follow specific delivery instructions and site protocols provided by the company and clients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the delivery vehicle.
- Coordinate with dispatchers and the operations team to report delivery status and route updates.
- Adhere strictly to road safety regulations and company workplace policies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Delivery Helper, Warehouse Assistant, or in a similar logistics role.
- Strong physical stamina, capable of lifting heavy packages and moving boxes regularly.
- Ability to read, interpret, and follow instructions effectively.
- High level of integrity, reliability, and punctuality.
- Good interpersonal skills to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Basic knowledge of Metro Manila routes and traffic management.
- Must be able to work a full-time schedule, including potential early starts.
