As a Delivery Helper, you will serve as the backbone of our daily logistics operations, ensuring that goods are safely transported and delivered to our valued clients. You will work hand-in-hand with our delivery drivers to load and unload products, secure cargo during transit, and manage essential delivery documentation. This role is perfect for those who possess strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and a customer-first attitude.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the delivery driver in safely loading and unloading goods from the delivery vehicle.
- Securely arrange and organize products inside the truck to prevent damage or breakage during transit.
- Verify delivery receipts, invoices, and product quantities against physical cargo before departure.
- Obtain necessary customer signatures on delivery receipts and confirm successful receipt of items.
- Assist the driver with route navigation, parking, and reversing maneuvers in tight spots.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderly upkeep of the delivery vehicle and designated loading zones.
- Report any delivery discrepancies, damaged goods, or customer feedback immediately to the logistics supervisor.
Kualifikasi
- Open to Senior High School (SHS) graduates and undergraduates; no prior experience required.
- Physically fit and fully capable of lifting, carrying, and moving heavy items repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly in verifying delivery receipts and matching product codes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers.
- Highly reliable, punctual, and possesses a strong sense of personal responsibility.
- Familiarity with delivery routes and locations within Pasig City and the wider Metro Manila area is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early morning shifts or overtime as needed.
