Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the driver in the safe loading and unloading of goods from delivery vehicles.
- Carefully inspect all items prior to delivery to ensure they match the delivery receipts (DR).
- Accurately obtain customer signatures and verify that all delivery documentation is properly completed.
- Ensure that all goods are handled with care to prevent damage during transit or turnover.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery truck and equipment.
- Coordinate closely with the dispatch team and the driver to ensure timely delivery schedules.
- Provide excellent customer service during face-to-face interactions with clients at delivery sites.
- Report any discrepancies or issues encountered during the delivery process immediately to the supervisor.
Kualifikasi
- Open to Senior High School (SHS) graduates or undergraduates.
- Must be physically fit and capable of lifting heavy packages and performing manual labor.
- Possesses a strong work ethic, high level of honesty, and a sense of responsibility.
- Basic communication skills (written and verbal) to handle delivery documentation.
- Familiarity with the geography and various routes within Metro Manila is an advantage.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings or overtime as required.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a high-pressure environment.
- A proactive attitude towards safety and equipment maintenance.
