Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end integrated planning process from demand sensing to build execution.
- Manage shipment commitments and ensure alignment with production capacity and inventory availability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, procurement, and logistics, to resolve supply bottlenecks.
- Develop and maintain KPIs for delivery performance, identifying trends and proposing process improvements.
- Monitor and manage order schedules, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders regarding delivery timelines.
- Analyze supply chain risks and implement contingency plans to ensure operational continuity.
- Participate in S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) meetings to align demand requirements with manufacturing output.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in delivery management, production planning, or logistics within a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel.
- Deep understanding of supply chain flows, capacity planning, and shipment logistics.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex logistics issues under pressure.
- Certification in APICS or equivalent supply chain professional designation is highly desirable.
