Are you an experienced Delivery Manager looking to drive impactful digital solutions within a global leader in sustainable energy? Orsted Services Malaysia is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Delivery Manager to join our growing technology team in Kuala Lumpur. In this pivotal role, you will be the bridge between our business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality software products.
You will lead cross-functional squads, champion Agile methodologies, and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of complex technical projects. We are looking for a proactive leader who thrives in a collaborative environment and is dedicated to optimizing product delivery processes to meet our global business objectives.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to ensure team alignment.
- Manage end-to-end delivery of complex IT projects, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timelines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical roadmaps and actionable user stories.
- Identify, mitigate, and resolve project risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies proactively.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and engineering excellence within the development teams.
- Monitor key performance indicators and delivery metrics to provide transparent progress reporting to senior leadership.
- Work closely with product owners to prioritize backlogs and ensure value-driven delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in project management or delivery management within a software development environment.
- Strong proficiency in Agile/Scrum or Kanban methodologies; certification (CSM, PMI-ACP) is a significant advantage.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with high attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience in managing cloud-based projects or enterprise-scale digital transformations is highly desirable.
