- Lead end-to-end project delivery for Murex implementations in global banking environments
- Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives
- Oversee cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and business analysts
- Facilitate stakeholder communication and manage client expectations
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies to ensure iterative progress
- Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years' experience in project management within financial services
- Proven expertise with Murex trading platforms or similar fintech systems
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification mandatory
- Strong understanding of banking operations and regulatory frameworks
- Advanced proficiency in project management tools (Jira, MS Project)
- Exceptional stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills
