Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring strict adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
- Facilitate effective communication between clients, development teams, and internal stakeholders to align expectations.
- Oversee and maintain all project documentation, including requirements, technical specifications, and status reports.
- Monitor the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to identify risks and implement timely mitigation strategies.
- Lead agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to drive team productivity.
- Ensure quality assurance standards are met throughout the development lifecycle.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or Scrum Master in an onsite capacity.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall project management methodologies.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in using project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
