We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Delivery Manager (Software Product Delivery) to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of our software products, ensuring they meet business objectives, technical standards, and timelines. You will act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, driving the product vision to reality while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
As a Delivery Manager, you will lead cross-functional squads, manage the product lifecycle, and ensure that delivery processes are agile, efficient, and scalable. You will be instrumental in mitigating risks, resolving blockers, and ensuring high-quality releases that drive value for our customers and the business. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the full software product delivery lifecycle, from concept to deployment and maintenance.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, to ensure team alignment and continuous improvement.
- Manage cross-functional teams (developers, QA, designers, and business analysts) to deliver high-value software solutions on time and within budget.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure delivery success and drive process optimization.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear communication on project status, risks, and deliverables.
- Collaborate with product owners to prioritize the backlog and ensure the delivery roadmap aligns with business strategy.
- Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies early in the delivery process to prevent bottlenecks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a Delivery Management, Project Management, or Product Management role within the IT/software industry.
- Strong experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies, including practical knowledge of frameworks like SAFe or LeSS is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex software products in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in using delivery management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certifications are a plus.
