Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex software products and digital solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and quality standards.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos, to ensure team alignment and momentum.
- Manage and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies across various technical and business workstreams.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the delivery team to optimize velocity and software quality.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Technical Leads to define roadmaps and prioritize backlogs effectively.
- Ensure compliance with organizational governance and technical standards throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in delivery management, project management, or a similar leadership role within software development.
- Proven expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing high-performing, cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is highly desirable.
- Experience working in a global or regional shared services environment is a significant advantage.
- Deep understanding of SDLC and modern DevOps practices.
