Tanggung Jawab
- Efficiently load and unload delivery vehicles with packages for the assigned route.
- Perform timely and accurate door-to-door deliveries within the Jurong East area.
- Ensure all packages are handled with care to prevent damage during transit.
- Use company mobile applications to track deliveries, update order statuses, and obtain electronic proof of delivery.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with customers at their delivery locations.
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws, safety protocols, and company delivery standards.
- Report any delivery discrepancies or vehicle maintenance issues to the logistics coordinator immediately.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N' Levels or equivalent educational qualification.
- Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license with a clean driving record.
- Must be familiar with Jurong East and surrounding West Region routes.
- Strong commitment to punctuality and operational efficiency.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and carrying parcels of varying weights.
- Basic proficiency in using smartphones and mobile logistics applications.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively under pressure.
