As a Delivery Rider, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and safe delivery of our products to various customers across the region. You will be responsible for efficiently navigating through Metro Manila's streets to deliver ORO Socks and OMG Cosmetics products while maintaining our company's high standards of service quality. Tanggung Jawab
- Safely and efficiently deliver ORO Socks and OMG Cosmetics products to designated locations within South Caloocan and Metro Manila areas
- Follow planned delivery routes and schedules to ensure timely product distribution
- Maintain the condition and security of products during transit and handling
- Collect and process delivery confirmations, receipts, and documentation as required
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients upon delivery
- Report any delivery issues, delays, or vehicle concerns to the logistics supervisor promptly
- Ensure compliance with traffic regulations and company safety policies while on the road
- Assist in basic vehicle/motorcycle maintenance checks and keep delivery equipment in good condition
Kualifikasi
- Valid Professional or Non-Professional Driver's License (Restriction 1 or 2)
- At least 1-2 years of experience as a delivery rider, courier, or similar role
- Familiarity with routes and areas within South Caloocan and Metro Manila
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and attention to detail
- Good physical condition to handle loading and unloading of products
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Customer-oriented mindset with professional communication skills
- Must have own motorcycle or vehicle for delivery (company may provide subject to evaluation)
