Tanggung Jawab
- Safely and efficiently transport food, documents, and parcels from vendors to customers using a motorcycle
- Ensure timely delivery of items while maintaining food quality and package integrity
- Follow designated routes and optimize delivery paths to minimize travel time
- Provide excellent customer service during delivery interactions
- Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain customer signatures when required
- Perform routine checks on motorcycle condition and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to traffic laws and safety regulations at all times
- Communicate effectively with dispatch team regarding delivery status and any issues encountered
Kualifikasi
- Valid driver's license with motorcycle endorsement
- At least 1 year of experience as a delivery rider or similar role
- Familiarity with Mandaluyong City and surrounding areas
- Good knowledge of traffic rules and road safety practices
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Physically fit and able to handle physical demands of the job
