- Deliver products and packages to customers in a timely and safe manner
- Maintain accurate delivery records and update real-time tracking systems
- Ensure all items are handled with care and meet quality standards
- Provide excellent customer service during delivery interactions
- Adhere strictly to traffic regulations and safety protocols
- Perform basic vehicle checks and maintenance inspections
- Optimize delivery routes for maximum efficiency
- Communicate effectively with dispatch team and customers
Kualifikasi
- Valid driver's license (Class 1 or 2)
- Minimum 1 year delivery or driving experience
- Excellent knowledge of Makati City and surrounding areas
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Customer service-oriented with professional demeanor
- Physically able to handle package loading/unloading
- Trustworthy, reliable, and punctual work ethic
- Basic smartphone proficiency for delivery apps
