In this position, you will be responsible for the end-to-end fulfillment process. From carefully selecting and packing the products to navigating the roads efficiently, your efficiency directly impacts customer satisfaction. Tanggung Jawab
- Pack orders accurately and efficiently according to customer specifications and quality standards.
- Deliver orders to customers in the Kuchai Lama area within the promised timeframes.
- Manage inventory levels by checking stock and organizing storage areas to prevent shortages.
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the delivery vehicle at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service by handling inquiries and resolving delivery issues professionally.
- Ensure all delivery paperwork, receipts, and reports are completed and filed correctly.
Kualifikasi
- Own a valid motorcycle driving license.
- Physically fit and able to ride for extended periods.
- Basic proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Previous experience in logistics, food delivery, or warehousing is a plus.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Attention to detail is required for accurate packing and inventory management.
