Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of McDonald's food orders to customer locations.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety during the transit process.
- Provide friendly and professional service to customers upon every delivery.
- Perform daily vehicle safety checks and ensure the delivery bike is in good working condition.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic rules and road safety regulations.
- Manage cash or digital payments accurately for completed orders.
- Assist with store operations during low-delivery periods when required.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a valid motorcycle license (B2/B) with a clean driving record.
- Own a motorcycle in good working condition with valid insurance and road tax.
- Excellent knowledge of the local Melaka area and navigation apps.
- Strong commitment to time management and punctuality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and night shifts.
- Good communication skills and a positive, customer-oriented attitude.
- Prior experience in delivery or logistics is an added advantage but not mandatory.
