- Deliver McDonald's orders promptly, safely, and accurately to customers in the Arau and surrounding Perlis areas.
- Maintain the highest standards of food quality, temperature, and packaging during transit from store to customer.
- Provide friendly, courteous, and professional customer service at every delivery interaction.
- Conduct pre-shift checks on your motorcycle to ensure it meets safety standards and report any issues immediately.
- Efficiently manage delivery schedules, prioritize orders, and coordinate with the kitchen and service crew.
- Handle cash, card, and e-wallet payments accurately and provide receipts to customers.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and McDonald's standard operating procedures.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of your delivery equipment and designated workstation in the restaurant.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Malaysian driving license (B2, D, or B Full) and own a reliable motorcycle in good working condition.
- Clean driving record with no major traffic offenses or criminal background.
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Excellent knowledge of roads, shortcuts, and locations in Arau, Kangar, and the Perlis region.
- Strong time management, organizational, and route planning skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Malay and English.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends, public holidays, and rotational shifts.
- Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
