Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver McDonald's orders to customers accurately and within the expected timeframe.
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the delivery vehicle and equipment provided.
- Follow all traffic laws and safety protocols strictly while on duty.
- Communicate professionally and politely with customers upon arrival.
- Handle cash and digital payments securely and accurately.
- Assist with basic store operational tasks during periods without delivery orders.
- Keep updated on menu changes, promotions, and delivery routes.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a valid B2 motorcycle license.
- Own a registered and roadworthy motorcycle.
- Excellent knowledge of routes and navigation within Bintulu, Sarawak.
- Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong commitment to road safety and punctuality.
- Friendly, approachable, and service-oriented personality.
- Ability to communicate effectively in Malay or English.
