- Safely transport and deliver food orders to customers within designated delivery zones.
- Ensure high standards of food handling and hygiene throughout the delivery process.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service upon arrival at delivery locations.
- Navigate efficiently through local areas to ensure timely order completion.
- Maintain the cleanliness and maintenance of your delivery vehicle.
- Handle cash and digital payments accurately and securely.
- Collaborate with the in-store kitchen team to ensure order accuracy before dispatch.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a valid motorcycle license (B2) and a clean driving record.
- Deep familiarity with roads and routes in the Sabah area.
- Highly reliable, punctual, and disciplined with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic knowledge of smartphone usage for navigation and delivery apps.
- Physically fit and comfortable working in various weather conditions.
