Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver McDonald's food orders safely and efficiently to customer locations.
- Ensure order accuracy and handle customer payments with high integrity.
- Maintain cleanliness and regular maintenance of the delivery motorcycle.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service during every delivery interaction.
- Follow all traffic laws and safety protocols strictly to ensure personal and public safety.
- Assist with in-store tasks during low delivery volume periods to support the restaurant team.
- Accurately navigate routes using GPS or local knowledge to ensure timely arrivals.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a valid motorcycle license (B2) with a clean driving record.
- Must own a valid road tax and insurance for your motorcycle.
- Strong knowledge of the Kuala Kedah area and surrounding neighborhoods.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, customer-oriented attitude.
- Able to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Physically fit and comfortable working in various weather conditions.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Previous delivery or courier experience is an advantage, but not required.
