Tanggung Jawab
- Efficiently and accurately pack and deliver McDonald's orders to customers within the designated area.
- Ensure all delivery items are handled with care to maintain food quality and temperature upon arrival.
- Process payments, collect cash, and manage delivery transactions accurately.
- Provide exceptional customer service, representing the McDonald's brand positively during every interaction.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of your motorcycle to ensure roadworthiness and safety.
- Coordinate with the in-store team for efficient order dispatching and route planning.
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and McDonald's safety protocols at all times.
- Report any vehicle issues, accidents, or customer complaints to the Shift Manager immediately.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least PMR / SPM / or equivalent.
- Valid Class B2 or D driving license with no major demerit points.
- Own a reliable motorcycle with valid road tax and insurance for commercial delivery use.
- Able to work shifts including weekends, public holidays, and flexible hours.
- Excellent sense of direction and good knowledge of the Johor Bahru / Larkin area routes.
- Responsible, honest, punctual, and self-motivated.
- Physically fit and able to handle the demands of a fast-paced delivery environment.
- Prior experience as a delivery rider is an added advantage but not mandatory as training will be provided.
