Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of food orders to customers' doorsteps.
- Maintain a professional, friendly, and helpful attitude during every customer interaction.
- Safely operate company or personal vehicles in compliance with all traffic laws.
- Perform daily pre-trip vehicle checks to ensure safety and performance standards.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness for delivery bags and equipment.
- Follow specific delivery instructions and navigate routes efficiently using map tools.
- Handle cash and digital payments accurately according to company procedures.
- Communicate effectively with store staff to manage order flow and status updates.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a valid B2 motorcycle license.
- Own a registered motorcycle with valid road tax and insurance.
- Strong knowledge of the Sibu area and local navigation.
- Good communication skills in Malay or English.
- Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly disciplined, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Commitment to safety and responsible road behavior.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure work environment.
