Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of McDonald's food orders to customers.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene during transit.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service upon arrival at delivery locations.
- Adhere strictly to traffic laws and road safety regulations at all times.
- Maintain the delivery motorcycle in good working condition and report any maintenance needs.
- Handle cash transactions and digital payments accurately and securely.
- Assist in general restaurant tasks during low-delivery periods to support the operations team.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a valid B2 motorcycle driving license.
- Own a registered motorcycle with valid road tax and insurance.
- Familiarity with the Wangsa Maju and surrounding Kuala Lumpur areas.
- Strong commitment to punctuality and time management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- A proactive attitude with a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.
