- Timely delivery of food orders to customers' specified locations
- Maintain food quality and temperature during transit using proper handling techniques
- Provide excellent customer service during delivery interactions
- Follow safe riding practices and adhere to all traffic regulations
- Assist with order preparation and kitchen operations when not on delivery
- Communicate efficiently with restaurant staff to coordinate delivery schedules
- Track and report delivery metrics for continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Valid motorcycle license (Class A or equivalent)
- Proven safe riding record and familiarity with Kota Kinabalu routes
- Strong sense of responsibility and punctuality
- Ability to work independently while maintaining team coordination
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical capability to carry food packages in varying weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
