Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver packages and documents to customers within specified timeframes
- Plan optimal delivery routes using GPS and local knowledge
- Maintain motorcycle in safe, roadworthy condition
- Verify delivery addresses and handle customer inquiries professionally
- Manage cash-on-delivery payments and issue receipts
- Report delivery issues and coordinate with support team
- Adhere to traffic laws and safety protocols
- Update delivery status in real-time via mobile app
Kualifikasi
- Valid motorcycle license (Class A/D)
- Personal motorcycle in good condition
- Minimum 1 year riding experience in Johor
- Strong knowledge of Johor's road network
- Basic smartphone proficiency for app usage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Clean driving record and no major traffic violations
