Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, organize, and monitor daily delivery schedules to ensure timely product dispatch
- Coordinate with drivers, warehouse staff, and customers to optimize delivery routes
- Track delivery progress and provide real-time updates to stakeholders
- Analyze delivery performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Manage inventory coordination to ensure product availability for dispatch
- Resolve delivery-related issues and communicate solutions proactively
- Maintain accurate records of schedules, shipments, and customer communications
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree in logistics or supply chain preferred
- 1-2 years experience in scheduling, logistics, or transport coordination
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in scheduling software and inventory management systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Knowledge of local traffic patterns and delivery routes in Bulacan area
